Momotaro

     Momotaro is famous man in Japanese fairy tale. In fact, it is said that the birthplace of Momotaro's tale is Okayama.

      For this reason, the Okayama prefecture depend on and take advantage of Momotaro. Most representative character of Okayama is "Momocchi." Certainly, Momotaro is used as a his motif. 

     

      In addition, "kibidango" is famous. It is used the animals and it is a motif of one of the Doraemon's items. Generally speaking, it is imaginary food, but It is sold all over the shops in Okayama.

     These days, Okayama airport becomes Okayama Momotaro airport. I think it goes to far.
